Officer, while on patrol, observed a number of vehicles parked in the lot between
BUFFALO BREATH and THE LIBRARY BAR on WISCONSIN STREET. These bars are run by the same
people. The vehicles have been on the property for a number of years, at least 1987.
Most of the vehicles on the property are junk. Officer found the following vehicles
1
to be there:
1. A 1972 BUICK 4 -DOOR, GRAY in color, with 1988 LIC #BTX351. This vehicle appears
to be non - operating, sitting on flat tires and is completely filled with garbage.
2. The second vehicle belongs to a THOMAS J. FARIS, who is one of the owners of

ABANDONED VEHICLES
BUFFALO BREATH and THE LIBRARY BAR. This is an '80 SUBARU. The windshield is
smashed out of it and according to the maintenance man at BUFFALO BREATH the engine
does not run. The vehicle has been sitting in the same place with a railroad tie in
front of it for at least the last two years.
3. Another vehicle is a 1979 DODGE VAN, LIC#KD1367, which expired 5-38. This
vehicle does have an unpaid citation suspension on it. It belongs to a JEFFREY M.
FULBRIGHT, of 1752D W. 5TH, OSHKOSH. This is the owner of BUFFALO BREATH.
4. Another vehicle is a '70 FORD, which expired 9-86. This belongs to a JONATHON
N. ALESCH, of 1507 OAKRIDGE DRIVE, GREEN BAY. This was apparently a vehicle belonging to
someone who used to live above 120 WISCONSIN, but no longer lives there.
5. Another vehicle, a 1973 CHEVROLET pickup, belongs to a CARL KUTER, 44 S. ROYAL
AVE, FOND DU LAC, LIC#AB75466, which does expire 12-39. According to GEORGE SALA0A, who
is the maintenance man for the taverns, this belongs to the father of one of the owners.
He states that the transmission needs fluid and the truck would run.
GEORGE was told to get the message to the owners to have the vehicles removed within
the next three days. He was also informed to cut the shoulder high ragweed which is
growing all around the propertj.
