Problem/Violation: of 18 79.1B, failure to keep residential premises clear of
unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. junk and debris; of 30 - 30B (5). continued parking in the
designated setback.
Brief history review: The maintenance of this property has been an ongoing problem since 1986
when the first notice concerning unlicensed vehicles. etc was issued. Following complaints
orders were issued January 3. 1995 to remove unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. junk and debris
including a large number of concrete block. The step van which is parked aside of the garage is
in a deteriorated condition and the focus of the complaints about the property. Presently the van
has been licensed but is being used for storage and whether or not it is operable and street legal is
unknown. The last complaint from a neighbor was received April 20. 1995. The complaintant
was very upset that she has to put up with the eyesore next door. I have personally spoken to
Mark Buhrow about these type violations and he even came to my home following the last order.
An inspection today revealed that the step van which had been moved out of the setback was
again parked in it next to the garage and that a vehicle chassis was parked in the driveway.
Behind the van was a upholstered vehicle seat and a vehicle radiator. Concrete block are piled
on a trailer, also in the setback, and there is no current building permit which would allow the
blocks to be on site. I believe that court action is the only way this individual will comply and

with large amounts of chipped and peeling paint.
A new fence has been installed without a permit.
Irmits ara required for the installation of
fences and can be obtained in Rm 205 of City ;hail.
The roofing material on the front porch is in poor
condition with broken, loose and crumbling shingles.
There is junk and debris surrounding the dwelling
and stored on the front porch.
A camper, motorcycle and snowmobile traitor are
parked within the City setback and shall be moved
out of public view or into the driveway.

shall be removed or stored out of public view.
