This material in- cluding the vehicles shall be removed and disposed of. 2. 18 -79.1A The house and garage are in such condition that they are creating an unsightly nuisance reflective of deterioration and inadequate maintenance which tends to depreciate pro- perty values in the area. The dwelling shall be totally rehabilitated to include the scraping and painting of the dwelling, replace deteriorated steps, replace the roofing on the front porch, replace the delaminating chip board on the front porch, replace the illegal plumbing and electrical wiring and repair all leaning or damaged fencing. 3. NR112.21 There is an abandoned well on the Northwest corner of the property that shall be properly filled and the required papers filled out with the Health Department.
