The attached Violation /Correction Notice sets forth Code sections for
which violations have been identified. A permit and /or permits issued by
the Code Enforcement Division may be required to correct the violation(s)
cited. If there are questions concerning this notice, please contact the
Code Enforcement Division, 215 Church Avenue, Room 205, Oshkosh, Wisconsin,
236 -5050.
Failure to comply with the Violation /Correction Notice may result in
the issuance of a citation and /or citations.

ITEM # ORDER FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
1. 18 -79.1B The dwelling and garage are surrounded with large amounts
of junk and debris including a freezer, two snowmobiles,
tires, batteries, a pickup cap, concrete slabs and two
unlicensed vehicles, one full of junk. This material in-
cluding the vehicles shall be removed and disposed of.
2. 18 -79.1A The house and garage are in such condition that they are
creating an unsightly nuisance reflective of deterioration
and inadequate maintenance which tends to depreciate pro-
perty values in the area. The dwelling shall be totally
rehabilitated to include the scraping and painting of the
dwelling, replace deteriorated steps, replace the roofing
on the front porch, replace the delaminating chip board on
the front porch, replace the illegal plumbing and electrical
wiring and repair all leaning or damaged fencing.
3. NR112.21 There is an abandoned well on the Northwest corner of the
property that shall be properly filled and the required
papers filled out with the Health Department.
A reinspection will be made on May 8, 1989 to assure pro-
gress in the correction of the violations.
