forth in Chapter ILHR 50 -64 of the rules of the department. Construction may
Proceed subject to local regulations, but all items that are reauired to be
changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing tnat part of the
work.
This plan has not been reviewed for compliance with Chapters ILHR 82 -86, the
Plumbing rules of tne department.
You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in s. ILHR 101.01 (2)(e) of
the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not
specifically cited herein.
The building will be inspected during and after construction. The owner
shall notify tne state building inspector and the local officials before
taking possession of the building.
ILHR 50.15 EVIDENCE OF APPROVAL. The architect, professional engineer,
designer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, one set of plans.
ILHR 64.02 This review does not include neating, ventilation and air
conditioning.
Notes: The entire floor shall be under one tenant.
The recorded easement on the south end of this building is still reauired
for our files.
This building is classified as No. 5A, exterior masonry, protected construction.
