Dear Sirs:
On January 16, 1990, Judge Williams found that
Ms. Kathyrn Buhrow was in default for the property at
1322 Reed Avenue and ownership was reverted back to
the Justice Company.
In a letter dated August 22, 1989, I indicated to
you that no further legal action would be pursued until
the forclosure action had been completed on 1322 Reed.
I also indicated that the owner of record, The Justice
Company, would have 30 days from the date that Ms. Buhrow
was found in default to make corrections noted on the
Violation /Correction Notice dated August 7, 1989.
Therefore, I will make a reinspection of 1322 Reed
Avenue on February 19, 1990 to assure progress or com-
pliance in the correction of the violations.
