Item # 2 Code MUN 7-48 Compliance No Compliance Date 04/21/2010 Description If a building or portion thereof is unsafe, dangerous or unsanitary or otherwise unreasonable to repair the Building Inspector may order the wner of the building to raze the building, or if the building can be made safe by reasonable repairs, order the owner to either make the building 03/22/2010 afe and sanitary or to raze the building, at the owner's option. Unless plans are submitted to repair the garage, which is deteriorated, the arage will be required to be razed.
