Item # 1 Code MUN 17 -36A Compliance No Compliance Date 04/14/2010 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and /or inadequate maintenance. A support column for the front porch is tipping causing the porch to sag. 03/15/2010 Framing may be damaged as a result. A building permit is required for the necessary repairs.
