PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council 'of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section
30 -11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with
conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District
Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved.
C) 660 Oak Street and Oak Street & Cleveland Avenue
A, conditional use permit to revise a previously approved planned residential
development for construction of a 58 unit apartment building [versus 64 units previously
approved], per the attached "Exhibit C ", and construction of a new 8 unit apartment
building on the northwest corner of Oak St. and Cleveland Ave., as well as associated
amenities, per the attached "Exhibit C ", with the following conditions:
1) A revised landscape plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of
Community Development prior to issuance of building permits.
2) The residential developments be limited to housing persons aged 55 or older
and /or the disabled, with any changes in this resident population requiring a
modification to this conditional use permit.
3) Setback of the 58 unit parking along Oak Street be no closer than 10 feet to the
property line.
4) The gazebo as shown on the submitted site plan in the front yard [at 660 Oak St.]
be no closer to the property line than shown.
5) Identification ground sign for the 58 unit building be limited to 32 square feet.
