The site plan also appears to have met all other underlying standards of the R -3 Multiple Dwelling District not mentioned in this report. With the appropriate landscaping in place, it would appear that this development would not create a negative effect on the surrounding developments. RECOMMENDATION /CONDITIONS Staff recommends approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a planned development final development plan with the condition that a revised landscape plan, to include but not limited to, berming and additional planting along the southerly lot line of the development, be submitted by the owner /petitioner for review and approval by the Department of Community Development.
