ILHR 50 -64. These plans have NOT been reviewed for conformance to the
Plumbing Code (chs. ILHR 81 -86), the Electrical Code (ch. ILHR 16) and any
ILHR code not specifically mentioned.

construction begins. The owner, as defined in chapter 101.01 (2)(e),

Prior to installation, one copy of the wood truss pins and calculations shall
be submitted to this office and one copy provided at the job site. When the
total building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, each set of plans shall bear
an indication of review 'which has been signed or initialled by the building

ILHR 51.03 & 57.08 & 51.18 The stairways shall be complete one hour fire rated
enclosures. The 3rd floor storage rooms shall not open directly into the
stairway enclosure. The walls of the 3rd floor storage rooms that are below
the storage room floor system shall be complete 1 HR(UL# U -305) design systems
and the doors #7 to these storage rooms shall extend below the floor system of
the storage rooms.
This building is classified as No. 8, wood frame construction.
