Dear Mr. Rohloff,
The Otter Street Fishing Club is asking the Oshkosh City Council and Oshkosh Parks Department
to approve our request to sponsor our Annual Surf or Turf Winter Fisheree. We are planning to
hold the Fisheree on Saturday February 6 2009 on the ice in Millers Bay. If for some reason the
ice conditions are unsuitable for the event we would ask to use the parking lot in Millers Bay.
The Otter Street Fishing Club will coordinate the final details of this event with parks Director,
Mr. Tom Stephaney, and the Oshkosh Police Department. if approval is granted, The Otter
Street Fishing Club is requesting a copy of approval to have on site.

Attn: Mark Rohloff
Dear Mr. Rohloff,
This is a request to reserve the South Park for the 52nd Winnebagoland Art Fair to be
held on Sunday, June 12, 2010, sponsored by the Oshkosh Fine Arts Association. We
will need the park and pavilions available for set -up on Saturday, June 11 as well.
If any changes have been made to the park (trees planted or removed, tables moved,
etc.) please let me know so we are able to update the layout map used to place the
artists' booths. As in the past, we will be using the South West corner of the park
surrounding the lagoon and the main pavilion.
We will need the outside faucet turned on by the restrooms for a water source, eight
large green wooden tables in the pavilion, and 24 garbage receptacles. We will have
someone pick up the trash cans on Friday, June 10, 2010 and return them to the Parks
department on Monday, June 13. We will store the trash cans in the small pavilion on
Friday, as South Park Middle School uses the large shelter on that Friday. We will be
renting a large dumpster to be delivered and picked up as in past years.
We appreciate the co- operation the City Parks Department has afforded us in the past to
make this a successful event for the community. As we are a small non - profit group of
volunteers, we need all the help we can get.
Thank you in advance for your services and assistance.
Sincerely,
Linda L. Nolan

To the Oshkosh Parks Department:
This letter is a request for the use of South Park for Saturday, June 5 and Sunday, June
6 2010 for the annual Fox Valley Motorcycle Show. This is still a one day show; we
would like two days, Saturday 5th to set up and the show being on Sunday 6
After a very successful first year (2009), we are in the planning stages for another great
show in 2010. With sponsorship growing, we are expecting a larger show this coming
year.
We request the use of the west end of South Park, with set -up being similar to the annual
Central Wisconsin Auto Collectors (CWAC) show. We will need to direct traffic in the
park for registration, etc., similar to the CWAC. Our show hours will be from 7 AM until
6 PM on June 6`
We have reserved South Park shelter #1 with the Parks Department and will apply for the
necessary permits from the Clerk and Health Departments, upon Council approval of our
event.
If you have any questions regarding the show, please contact Doug Kienast at (Cell) 920-
216 -2851 (Home) 920 - 426 -2791.
Thank you.
