K. MOTION TOGO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall)
A) To discuss bargaining strategy, options and parameters related to the negotiation of
collective bargaining agreements with AFSCME 796, AFSCME 7968, AFSCME 796C,
Local No. 316, I.A.F.F., Oshkosh Fire Department Chief Officers, Oshkosh Professional
Police Officers Association and Oshkosh Police Supervisors Association pursuant to
Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons
require a closed session.
B) Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes to discuss the
negotiations for purchasing public properties within the South Shore Redevelopment
Area where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session.
C) To discuss the Performance Evaluation and Compensation Regarding the City Manager
an Employee over which the Common Council has Jurisdiction and Exercises
Responsibility Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
