The above - referenced plans have been stamped CONDITIONALLY APPROVED based upon review for conformance to the current edition of the Wisconsin Administrative Building and Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Code, chapters ILHR 50 -64, 66 & 69. These plans have NOT been reviewed for conformance to the Plumbing Code (chs. ILHR 81 - 86), the Electrical Code (ch. ILHR 16) and any ILHR code not specifically mentioned. Subject to local regulations, construction may proceed except for those conditions listed below. The necessary corrections must be made before construction begins. The owner, as defined in chapter 101.01 (2)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements. The owner shall notify the state building inspector and local officials before taking possession of the building. The building will be inspected during and after construction. ILHR 50.15 EVIDENCE OF APPROVAL. When the building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, all application, forms shall include the name of the building or component designer AND BE SIGNED BY THE SUPERVISING PROFESSIONAL OF THE PROJECT. This review does not include heating, ventilating or air conditioning. The owner should be reminded that HVAC plans and calculations are required to be submitted for review and approval prior to installation. Prior to installation, one copy of the wood truss plans and calculations shall be submitted to this office and one copy provided at the job site. When the total building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, each set of plans shall bear an indication of review which has been signed or initialled by the building designer of record. ILHR 66.335 - Soda Creek shall be within 50 ft. of the entire front of the 4 unit apartment building (to meet the requirement for at least one street within 50 ft. of one side of the multifamily occupancy) unless a letter is submitted by the fire department indicating the shown access is adequate. ILHR 66.345(1) - At least one window from each bedroom shall comply with the provisions of ILHR 66.36(2)(d)3 to 6. ILHR 66.37 - Door 201 (entries to 2nd floor units) shall be minimum 20 minute rated fire door assembly with self - closer. ILHR 66.38 - REMINDER - Usable tread on the stairs shall be at least 9 -1/2 inches, exclusive of any nosing overhang. ILHR 57.81/57.84 - REMINDER - As the second exits from the accessible first floor units, the patio doors shall comply with accessible exit criteria (i.e., maximum 3/4" beveled threshhold, minimum 31 -3/4" clear opening, etc.). ILHR 57.82 - REMINDER - The accessible route from the garage to the first floor dwelling units is shown through the door from the garage to the dwelling unit.
