CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new one story home with
attached garage, paved driveway and deck located at 474 Windingbrook Drive,
Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54904 as described in Building Permit Application
number 83428.
This building is to be used as a residential dwelling only and is located in the
R -1 Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 lbs. per square foot live load
Maximum persons and /or living units: One living unit
CONDITIONS:
1) Final grading must be done in accordance with the approved subdivision
drainage plan. This plan is on file in the public works office, 3 floor of
City Hall.
2) Erosion control measures must be maintained until the lawn is established.
3) Copies of inspection results are available upon request at City Hall, 2 floor
room 205.
NOTE: Final grade must be a minimum of 6" below all siding.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy, should
additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned above be
altered or moved. The use of land or buildings shall not be changed until a
Certificate of Occupancy is issued for that occupancy. All conditions noted
above must be complied with in order for this certificate to be valid.

Received call from Jamie, informed that whole back side of structure will be exposed, due to the slope of the lot. He
stated that he will be submitting new header and heat loss calculations. He will be adding 1 additional window.

Footings covered with hay. Called Jamie and left message instructing not to pour basement floor until footings are
inspected at rough inspection. Also mentioned to provide erosion control for soil stockpile near front lotline, and to clean
up mud /stone tracked onto street.
