1.) 1.08 Patch firecode drywall in garage where edges
are not tight fitting.
2.) 21.08 Noted a PVC pipe penetrating the required fire
separation. Any vent pipe which penetrates this
separation shall have at least 6 -feet of
continuous steel duct on both sides of the
penetration if the pipe has a cross sectional
area of 20 square inches or more. If this is a
vent, it may not terminate in the garage.
3.) 21,04 A minimum 3 -foot level landing is required at
the rear exterior swing type door. This landing
must be located not more than 8 inches below
the interior floor elevation.
4.) 21.04 Handrails shall be continuous at both interior
stairways.
5.)/' 21.22 Secure the posts to the wood beams in the
v basement.
Deficiencies must be corrected and approved before concealment. Call 236 -5051
to arrange for a final inspection.

6.) 1.04 Tread widths on interior stairways may not
vary by more than 3/16 of an inch. Minimum
landing depth would need to be 36 inches in
the direction of travel.

7.)L1.22 Install additional support under excessively
notched floor joist located above sump pit in
basement.
All above items must be corrected, and final
inspection called for within 30 days of this
notice in order to secure the certificate of
occupancy. Please call 236 -5051 if you have
