Dear Mr. Fischer:
Per your request a final building inspection was made at both 345
and 425 Windingbrook Drive on May 19, 1994. The following items
were found to be in noncompliance:
1) Per ILHR 21.08, the garages shall be separated from habitable
and nonhabitable areas of the dwelling units, as well as soffits
and attics. The vertical separation shall extend from the top of
the concrete foundation to the underside of the roof sheathing or
fire rated ceiling construction. Drywall edges shall be tightly
fitted.
2) Per ILHR 21.125, soil erosion measures must be maintained until
the site is stabilized.
All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called for
within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the certificate of
occupancy. Please call 236 -5051 if you have any further questions
in this matter.
