TO THIS OFFICE FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION FOLLOWING NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS:

Description THE EXTERIOR OF EVERY STRUCTURE OR ACCESSORY STRUCTURE INCLUDING FENCES SHALL BE
MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER IN GOOD REPAIR AND ALL EXTERIOR SURFACES THEREOF BE KEPT
PAINTED OR COVERED WITH EXTERIOR SIDING FOR PURPOSES OF PRESERVATION AND
APPEARANCE.THE STORM DAMAGED FENCE SHALL BE REPAIRED /REPLACED.
Summary IT IS THE PROPERTY OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS PRIOR TO
THE DUE DATES (236 -5137) TO AVOID CITATIONS AND COURT ACTION. FAILURE TO CONFIRM
