The following items were found to be in noncompliance: 11 Per ILHR 21.04, both patio doors must be secured until such time as the decks are installed. 21 Per ILHR 21.04, bring up the grade around the front stoop. All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called for within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the certificate of occupancy.
