Introduction Upon researching a complaint received by our office, it was noted that a deck was constructed on your property
without obtaining the proper building permit.

Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall hereafter be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within
the City unless a permit is obtained. There is no record of a deck permit at this address.
