Brief History Review: Orders issued on exterior August 12, 1992 May 9, 1995 and debris written verbally ordered removed a number of times on site with owner. Assurances of compliance were made several times. Inspection following a complaint on January 21, 1998 revealed old orders were still not complied with. A compliance date of April 20, 1998 was given to the owner. Reinspection revealed no compliance nor contact concerning exterior.
