PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals will meet on
December 13, 2000 at 3:30 PM
in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda.

APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 22, 2000 MEETING MINUTES

I: 629/629A W. 8 AVENUE
Sally Pommerening, applicant and owner, requests a variance to construct two uncovered parking
space in the front yard; whereas Section 30-36(C)(5)(a)(ii) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance
allows an uncovered space along side a garage.
II: 1663 DOTY STREET
Jim Ujazdowski, applicant and owner, requests variances to create a lot with 52’ of width and about
5,512 square feet in area which contains a two family dwelling; whereas Section 30-19(B)(1)(a) of the
City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a lot to be a minimum of 60’ wide and 7,200 square feet in
area, and Section 30-35(B)(4)(b) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance allows a single family
residence on a lot of record with less width or area than required by the Ordinance.
III: 511 CENTRAL STREET
Thomas Ruck, applicant and owner, requests a variance to construct uncovered parking spaces which
will result in parking in the front yard and side yard setbacks; whereas Section 30-36(C)(5)(a) of the
City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires uncovered spaces to meet the setbacks of the principal
structure.
