PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, June 6, 2000
at 4:00 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda.
ROLL CALL
APPROVAL OF MAY 16, 2000 MEETING MINUTES
I: STREET NAME CHANGE: CHERRY PARK AVENUE TO CHERRY PARK
COURT
Ronald Leichtfuss, petitioner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve changing a street
name from Cherry Park Avenue to Cherry Park Court. The street serves a plat known as Cherry
Park Estates which plat is generally located on the west side of USH 45, south of Johnson Avenue
and north of Welle Drive. The Plan Commission on May 16, 2000 approved the Final Plat for
Cherry Park Estates.
II: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: 21 W. NEW YORK AVENUE
Terry Laib, applicant, for City of Oshkosh, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and
approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for conversion of the former City Fire Station property
located at 21 W. New York Avenue to a mixed commercial/residential use. The Common Council
previously approved rezoning of the property from R-2 Two Family Residence District to C-1
Neighborhood Commercial District.

III: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: 1331 ALGOMA BOULEVARD
Bradley Larsen, applicant, for City of Oshkosh, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and
approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the construction of a temporary structure on
the museum grounds at 1331 Algoma Boulevard.

IV: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: 3870 JACKSON STREET
Kirk Zastrow, petitioner, for Community Church, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and
approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a day care/pre-school at 3870 Jackson Street.
V: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: 223 N. MAIN
Jeff Robl, petitioner, for Robl Properties LLC, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and
approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a mixed commercial/residential structure at
223 N. Main Street.
