Dear Mr. Follett:
Please be advised that following the further review of your proposed
operation at 37 East 8th Avenue by our Chief Building Inspector, Mr.
Allyn Dannhoff, we do not find that the use will require the issuance
of a conditional use permit, and would be a permissable use within
the M -3 Heavy Industrial District.
Enclosed please find our check in the amount of $50.00 as a refund
for the fee you had paid in this regard.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact either

STEP #1: Take this application to the City Assessor's Office, Room 302 of
City Hall.
STEP #2: Locate the appropriate plat map.
STEP #3: Locate your lot on the plat map.
STEP #4: Using the example below as a guide, locate the properties to be
notified.
STEP #5: Write down each lot's individual tax number.
STEP #6: Have the Assessor's personnel locate the appropriate computerized
assessment role.
STEP #7: Locate on the assessment role the tax parcel number.
STEP #8: Record the owner and mailing address for each lot in the appropriate
location on this application.
