Hencke, owner /applicant The applicant is requesting a variance to construct parking spaces in a front yard with a 0 ft. front yard setback: whereas Section 30 -17(B) Standards in an R -3 Multiple Dwelling District of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a 25 ft. minimum front yard setback for designated parking spaces.
