Scope of Work
Construct a 14' x 14' sunroom addition in the same location and the same size as the
existing deck.
Excavate for footings and frost walls and crawl space
Pour concrete footings and frost walls
Backfill excavation and remove excess dirt
Frame floor walls and roof of new addition
Provide headers and openings for 5- 4050 windows and one 3.0 entry door
Roof addition and tie into existing roof of home
Cover exterior walls with a wind barrier
Cover all soffit and fascia with aluminum
Install aluminum gutters and downspouts
Our scope of work does not include any HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation,
siding, or installation of any windows or doors.
