CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall) The Common Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes for the purpose of negotiating the purchase of public property and /or deliberating offers upon public property where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session: A.
