The applicant has complied with all procedural and legal requirements of Wisconsin law. 2. The proposed project will not adversely affect water quality, will not increase water pollution in surface waters and will not cause environmental pollution as defined in s. 144.01(3), Wis. Stats., if the project is constructed in accordance with this permit. 3. The Department has determined that the granting of this permit would not be a major state action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. 4. The Department and the applicant have completed all procedural requirements and the project as permitted will comply with all applicable requirements of Wisconsin Administrative Code and Wisconsin Statutes. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The Department has authority under applicable Wisconsin Administrative Codes and Wisconsin Statutes to issue a permit for this project. 2. The Department has complied with s. 1.11, Wis. Stats. NOTICE OF APPEAL RIGHTS If you believe that you have a right to challenge this decision, you should know that Wisconsin Administrative Codes and Wisconsin Statutes establish time periods within which requests to review Department decisions must be filed. To request a contested case hearing pursuant to s. 227.42, Wis.
