This building is to be used only as a
single family residence and is in the
H -1.3 Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot live load.
Maximum number of persons and /or living units:
one living unit
NOTE: Backfilling around foundation walls was performed without
obtaining an inspection and approval of drain tiles and
crushed stone covering.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
