Box 1204 Wausau, Wisconsin 54401 Re: Oak Ridge Manor home 2.0072 Dear Mr. Schuette, Somebody goofed when the above home was designed. #11 of the plans we received indicate no plate was necessary when seating the home on the foundation, other than the gar- age. When the home vas delivered the erection crew ran around trying to find two by fours to nail down to the foundation so they could erect the house. In January of 1977 I complained to the local dealer about frost in every corner of the basement. If it wasn't frost, the corner vas vet. We had planned to make a recreation room in part of the basement but can't because of this condition. After contacting the dealer in January of 1977 I asked him about it again in December of 1977. Nothing has been done to date. Therefore I would like someone from your company to check this and see what can be done to correct the obvious flaw in construction or design. ,7;%' Ve ruly yours, ,l'Al. ,1 Dean B.
