An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new house

This building is to be used only as a
single family residence and is in the
R -13 Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot live load.
Maximum number of persons and /or living units:
one living unit
NOTE:
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.

and is zoned R -1B Single Fanilf Residence District.
LIMITATION:
Maximum floor loading 40 pounds per square foot live load.
Maximum number of persons and /or living units:

NOTE:
This permit is temporary and expires Sept. 30, 1973
Occupancy shall not continue past that date without written per-
mission. A Certificate of Occupancy will be issued after all
is completed and approved by the Inspectors
