Introduction A re-inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.A re-inspection of the property will occur on 09/19/12 @
8:00PM weather permitting.The dual head fixture will need to remain disabled as discussed until a compliant bulb can be
installed. Likewise,the ground mount pole light will need to be shielded or disabled until compliance can be met as discussed.

Description In no instance shall an exterior lighting fixture be oriented so that the lighting element is visible from an adjacent property. The
use of shielded luminaries is encouraged so to facilitate compliance. The amount of illumination at the property line cannot
exceed .50 fc's.
Summary As discussed with Officer Roberts and me, a lower wattage bulb and/or re-orientation of the fixture affixed to the garage will be
necessary to mitigate the exterior lighting nuisance currently present. Likewise,the glass panels of the ground mount light
located along the north propety line will need to be shielded using paint and/or some other opaque technique to shield
spill-over to the adjacent property.The frosting technique applied 9/12/12 was non-compliant.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/24/2007 See above.
