CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new house
amd attached garage located at

in Building Permit application numbers(s) #5826
This building is to be used only as
a single family residence and is in the
R -1B Single Family Residential District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot

Maximum number of persons and /or living units:
one living unit
NOTE:
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
