Item 1 Code MUN 17 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/30/2004 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and /or hazard. Updated Item 2 Code MUN 7 -28 Compliance No Compliance Date 08/30/2004 Description A building permit for residential structures shall lapse and be void 12 months from the date of issuance. A permit for this addition was obtained on 7/15/02 from Dowling Construction. I have contacted them and they informed me that they are no 8/18/04 longerpart of this project and a lawsuit is pending. A new permit will need to be obtained within the next 10 days. The brick Last work will be required to be completed within the next 30 days. Updated Item 3 Code MUN 7 -31 Compliance No Compliance Date 09/17/2004 Description Final inspections are required to be requested and conducted to verify compliance with minimum code requirements. An inspection is required to be scheduled with our office, (236 5036), prior to the compliance dates to avoid stations. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/17/04 FINAL NOTICE Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
