Application turned in to Winnebago County for $42,000 to support the Seniors Center. Vision Oshkosh attendance at Seniors Center had a very small turn out. Nothing was mentioned about the Oshkosh Senior Center in the Vision Oshkosh presentation. WOW is new program for city employees to use. Using better communication with people so people feel welcomed. Birthday bingo has gone down in attendance. Mark suggested maybe we should make a bigger deal for persons who have milestone birthdays. Mark also was checking into a plot of land near the Seniors Center so people could come and plant vegetables. Mark informed the committee that a part -time fundraising and marketing staff person is being hired with the additional money that was endowed to the Center by Dr Jean Caudle.
