THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS WHICH SHALL BE CORRECTED:

Description DWELLING UNIT SHALL HAVE HEATING FACILITIES WHICH ARE CAPABLE TO SAFELY AND ADEQUATELY
HEATING ALL HABITABLE ROOMS AND BATHROOMS TO A TEMPERATURE OF AT LEAST 67 DEGREES
FAHRENHEIT WITHOUT FORCING THEHEATING SYSTEM BEYOND SAFE CAPACITY. THE UPPER
SOUTHEAST BEDROOM WAS 62 DEGREES F AT 09:15AM. ALL ROOMS SHALL BE HEATING TO A
MINIMUM OF 67 DEGREES. THERE IS NO HEAT SOURCE FOR THIS ROOM. THE HEATING SYSTEM

Description THE FRONT PORCH AND GUARDRAILS ARE BADLY DETERIORATED. THE PORCH SHALL BE REPLACED
PER REQUIREMENTS OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO INCLUDE CODE COMPLIANT GUARDRAILS.
PERMIT REQUIRED.THE PRESENT CONDITION OF THIS PORCH CREATES A HAZARD FOR THE

Description ALL LIVING UNIT ENTRYWAYS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SOLID CORE DOORS AND DEADBOLT LOCKS
(DEFINED IN SECTION 16 -22 OMC). THE DETERIORATED FRONT ENTRY DOOR TO THE UPPER UNIT
SHALL BE REPLACED. EITHER THIS DOOR OR THE UPPER INTERIOR DOORWAYS REQUIRE A
DEADBOLT LOCK AND SOLID CORE DOOR. ALL OTHER DOORS REQUIRE REPLACEMENT WITH SOLID
CORE DOORS EQUIPPED WITH DEADBOLTS. PRIOR NOTICE ISSUED ON 817 WISCONSIN.

Description THE GARAGE IS IN SUCH CONDITON THAT IT SHALL EITHER BE RAZED OR REPAIRED WITH APPROVAL
