As a condition of the variance, a 4- seasons hedge was required to be installed to screen the parking area from the adjacent properties. To date, the slab has been in place for nearly a year, but the required 4- seasons hedge has yet to be installed. Item 1 Code 30 (C)(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 11/15/2003 IMMEDIATELY Description No order of the Board of Appeals permitting the erection or alteration of a structure shall be valid for a period longer than six (6) months, unless a building permit for such erection or alteration is obtained within such period and such erection oralteration 10/17/03 is started and proceeds to completion in accordance with the terms of such permit.
