Enclosed is a plat of Green Tee Village, with the location so indicated, of the sign we wish
to install. Also, a picture of the proposed sign is included.
I have sent this to you, as I know you will have to sign off on it prior to us obtaining a
building permit. If everything is satisfactory, please contact me and I will pickup the
necessary paper work from you and apply for a permit from Inspection Services.
