Outside stair risers
This letter is to follow up on our conversation on 1 -11 -86 regarding my
inspection of the subject condo's stair risers.
Please be advised that Wisconsin State Building Code rule I.L.H.R. 51.16
limits the risers of public exit stairs of condominiums to a height of
7 3/4" as measured from tread surface to tread surface. I will list each
building by its street numbers and the measurements of the top risers of
each stair.
