This letter is a follow up to our phone conversation/message on -3'aSor j r'or
't cog`- r\oaN.w. Please immediately correct the following situation(s):

O You have furniture meant for interior use on the exterior of your home. This is a violation
of City of Oshkosh Ordinance. Only furniture meant for exterior use is allowed outside.
Please immediately remove this furniture or you may receive a fine from the City of
Oshkosh of $194 or removal charges from us for a minimum charge of $35.
You have a vehicle parked on the grass, which is a violation of City of Oshkosh
Ordinance, and you could be fined immediately $212.
You have placed garbage and/or recyclables to the curb early, prior to 4pm of the day
before your normal pickup day. Please remove the trash or the City of Oshkosh will
charge you for an early pickup at a minimum of $45.
O You are improperly storing trash on the side or front of the house or apartment. Please
immediately move this trash to an interior of your garage or backside of your home. This
also a City of Oshkosh Ordinance violation that can result in a $194 fine.
OTHER:
A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the City of Oshkosh Housing Inspector. You can be
fined for any of the above situations. Please park correctly and help keep our neighborhoods
looking clean.
