Orders to correct were issued August 30, 1995. Today a reinspection revealed nothing has been done to correct the step, guardrail and handrail violations so noted. All violations on the property were to have been corrected before October 30, 1995. Therefore this is a FINAL NOTICE. A reinspection will be made on November 15, 1995 to assure compliance. Failure to contact this office or comply will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the provisions of Section 18 -69A and 18 -79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance Code. 2 16 -35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18 79.1 of the Property Maintenance Code. 3 16 -37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he /she occupies or controls. 4 30 -32B (5) It appears that vehicles are being parked on the front lawn in the designated setback. This parking shall cease and not continue in the future. The lawn is presently being damaged due to this parking. 5 16 -33A (6) The newer front porch and steps have been installed without a building permit and the �f o 7 -8 handrails have not been installed to code on the steps. Handrails which are capable of supporting 200 lbs are required on both sides of the steps. A permit shall be obtained 6 18 -79.1A The foundation is deteriorating due to the lack of gutters and downspouts. The N foundation shall be tuckpointed where necessary. 7 16 -37A (5)b There is a nest of hornets in the foundation wall on the Northwest corner of the dwelling by the front entry. The hornets shall be exterminated by the owner of the property. 8 fl< 18 -69A The grass and weeds are still not cut as ordered August 21, 1995. CORRECTION SCHEDULE Items #1, #2 #3 are informational at this time. Please note the responsibilities placed on owners of rental property in the City of Oshkosh and the occupants of these rentals. Item #8 shall be corrected before September 5, 1995 or citations will be issued to the owner of the property for non compliance. Oshkosh Code holds the owner responsible for grass /weed cutting. Items #4 #7 shall be corrected before September 8, 1995. Any vehicle found parked on the grass will be ticketed in the amount of $114.00 per day.
