Nevada Ave. Thomas P. Wagner, owner File #C7 -113 -9898 Building plans have been reviewed by this office for compliance with important code requirements. The drawings are stamped "Construction may proceed." All items that are required to be changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. ILHR 53.63(7), 53.12(2) It is understood that the building will be anchored to the foundation with 3/8" bolts, nuts and washers. The bolts are to be at least 6" long and shall be embedded 3 inches in the concrete and spaced 8 feet on centers maximum. Roof trusses are to be anchored with truss clips or other approved methods.
