Introduction A re- inspection of your property on April 21, 2003 revealed the following uncorrected violations of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code, which were to be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. requested and issued whether or not the
violations have been corrected and court action pursued.
Item 1 Code 17 36B Compliance Yes Compliance Date 08/09/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore which affects
property values shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage. Unlicensed and /or
inoperable vehicles auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY. ONE DAY CITATION
ENCLOSED.
Item 2 Code 17 36A Compliance Yes Compliance Date 09/01/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure (GARAGE) shall be maintained by the owner in good repair and all
exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. The
garage was inspected and ordered razed by the Building Inspector on November 21, 2000 following orders issued October 19,
1999. 30 DAY CITATION ENCLOSED

Description The exterior of every structure shall be maintained by the owner in good repair and all exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted
or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. SEE PHOTO PAGES 2 THROUGH 15. THE
EXISTING SIDING ON THE DWELLING HAS DETERIORATED TO A POINT WHERE REPLACEMENT OF SIDING IS
REQUIRED. PERMIT REQUIRED.

Description Every owner of two or more family dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean, good code compliant

Description Owners shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling
farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:OOpm the day
before garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers to be returned to storage
area.

Description Parking on the garage slab is prohibited. Four offstreet parking spots shall be installed meeting all setback requirements and
screening requirements.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in additional citations being issued and court action pursued.
