SECTION
1 16 -37A (1) The owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean
and good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and
appurtenant premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the
provisions of Section 18 69A and 18 79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance
Code.
2 16 -35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to
occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18 79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 16 -37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition
that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he /she occupies or controls.
4 30 -32B (5) Vehicles are being parked on the front lawn (designated setback) of the property.
These vehicles shall be removed immediately and parking on the front lawn shall
not reoccur in the future. The owner of any vehicle found parked on the front lawn
from the date of this order will be issued a citation in the amount of $141.50 and court
action will be pursued. The owner of the property will also be cited if he makes no
attempt to eliminate the problem by eviction notice, etc. to the owners of the vehicles.
CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Inspections will be made of the property periodically. Vehicles found
parked on the front lawn will be cited.
