Introduction

Description Property owner shall prevent obstructions caused by natural growth: No owner or occupant of any lot or premises shall permit
or allow the limbs, boughs, branches or leaves of any tree or shrub upon his premises or in the sidewalk, street or alley to grow

Summary In order to obtain compliance, the hedge must be trimmed and maintained to a height not to exceed four (4) feet tall from the
sidewalk grade in the front yard area, and must be trimmed to the back of the sidewalk.Failure to trim and maintain the hedge
may result in the issuance of municipal citations for violations of the City zoning code. If you have any questions in regard to
this notice, please contact our office within the next 10 days.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. CaII for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/7/04 FINAL NOTICE
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
