PURPOSE: AWARD BID TO FLUOR BROS.CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC. FOR LEACH AMPHITHEATER STORAGE FACILITY /
($84,780.00)
INITIATED BY: PURCHASING DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has heretofore advertised for bids for a storage
facility for the Leach Amphitheater; and
WHEREAS, upon the opening and tabulation of bids, it appears that the following is
the most advantageous bid:
FLUOR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION CO.
2030 Otter Avenue
Oshkosh, WI 54901
Bid Package 1 – Post Frame Building $74,400.00
Alt -1 – Provide slab-on-grade $10,380.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the said bid is hereby accepted and the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate agreement for the purpose of same, all
according to plans, specifications, and bid on file. Money for this purpose is hereby
appropriated from:
Acct. No. 325-0610-6401-07904 -- Park improvement Fund –
Leach Amphitheater Storage Building
