electrical service conduit is not properly supported. Please contact an electrician to make corrections.

I appreciate your cooperation on this matter. Please contact me about correcting these problems as soon as possible. If I
have not heard from you and compliance is not achieved by the below -mentioned date, WPS will receive orders to disconnect
our electrical service as of 12 P.M. June 26th, 2009, and/or a $217.50 citation may be issued, possibly daily, from the date of
correction notice issuance.
