Subject: Site Plan and Option Issues for Oshkosh Facility

Dear Tim:
Oshkosh
To confirm our conversation of Tuesday, July 29, 1997 the Chamco Site Plan Review Committee has
approved the proposed site plan for the addition to the Organeco facility at 1900 Fernau in our
Industrial
Northwest Industrial Park. Of course, you will need to comply with all City building codes and
Development
zoning ordinances, and as I informed you the Director of Inspection Services will give you until
October 1, 1997 to complete the paving of that site.
Corporation
In regard to the 1 year option which Organeco requested on the adjoining approximately 5.5 acres,
the Chamco Site Plan Review Committee is recommending that an option be deferred at this time for
a period of up to 1 year in order for Organeco to demonstrate satisfactory performance. If Organeco
still desires an option for an out right purchase of the adjoining parcel within 12 months from now
and has demonstrated satisfactory performance, Chamco would be happy to entertain it at that time.

In the process of obtaining a permit for a building addition and foundations for our
scrubbing air equipment, it came to our attention that additional asphalt surfacing
is needed at the facility. Evidently the requirement wasn't relayed to us from the
previous owners or building landlord when we purchased the assets of Gear
Feeds, Inc. However, Organeco LLC will commit to the additional surfacing of
the lot to be completed within one year of this letter.
We have also been in contact with the original landscaper to replace the bushes
that did not survive the winter. We will continue to monitor this situation.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for expediting this permit so construction can begin early next week.
Yours truly,
Tim zek
