TJJJS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of w � � _ 2008, by
and between WI Football Coaches Association, 1910 h. Van Beck, St F cis 53235, heremaftcr
called "WFCA ", and tho City of Oshkosh, a municipal corporation, hcreina er called "City ".
WHEREAS, WFCA has requested the City provide a dedicated paramedic. ambulance for
stand -by. during specified hours of the 2008 WFCA, and
WRMAS, the Common Council for the City of Oshkosh has authorized the appropriate
City officials to entar into such an agreement.
Y:r IS AGREED by and between the patties to this agreement that the City shall provide one
(1) two -pcTson paramedic ambulatce to be prc=t at Titan Stadium on Saturday, July 19, 2008,
between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The role of this unit shall be to provide Basic T,ife
Support (BLS) and Advance I,i fe Support (ALS) for emergencles, if they occur. Minor first aid and
re- hydration will not be a primary function of this tuAt. Lmcrgcncies requiring a response beyond the
capabilities of the unit on scene or emergencies occurring while the on -scene unit is busy on any
emergency w ill be handled by a response of on -duty resources.
WFCA shall pay as cost reimbursement the actual cost associated with providing person 4
vehicles, equipment and other supplies. The hourly cost for a paramedic unit will be $70 per hour.
Billed time will coauncnce 30 minutes prior to the start of the standby and end 30 minutes after
termination of the standby. Any addi tional hours or additional units requested or required in the sole
opinion of the l3uty Chief to provide adequate service shall be billed to WFCA at ihn 5r,,ne hourly
rate.
A three hour minimum will be charged if the event is not cancelled at least twelve (12) hours
prior to the scheduled start time. Tire -event c.wcelistion &hall be made by calling 920 - 236 -5240
during uortual business hours (M -1~, 8 -4:30) or 920 -236 -5271.
The City shall invoice WFCA following the event. with payment to be made within 30 clays
or receipt of invoice.
All paricnts requiring. transport by the Oshkosh Firc Department arnbulanee will be billed for
services rendered according to the City's usual an d customary procodures and rates for service_

A. Any personal injury or bodily injury (including. wrongful death) or property damage (=
personal);

B, Any lawsuit brought or threatened, settlement reached, Or local, state, or federal goverment
or agmcy order, including, but not limited to claims, costs, liabilities, or expanses arising
under federal, state, or local law;
C. Any violation of Laws, orders, regulations, requirements, or demarAs of any governmental
authorities; and,
D. Any breach or violation of any co=actunl provision of whatever kind with any third party_
