22. Update on Energy & Environmental Board
N. CLOSED SESSION: (City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall): For the purpose of
deliberating pending offers and/or negotiating the purchase of public
property for the Jackson Street / Murdock Avenue intersection
improvement project pursuant to Section 19.85(1) (e) of the Wisconsin
State Statutes where competitive and bargaining reasons require a
closed session.
