Dear Allyn,
Our client, Care Partners, would like to replace a set of non-lit letters with
a 30"x 5'-0" non-lit wall panel at 1460 W, South Park Avenue. This
property is owned by Gordie Decker. Value of work is $450. The
attached print shows the proposed sign as well as placement of the
existing letters.
Please let me know if you need any additional information. If not, please
advise the amount of the permit fees and we will remit those to you.
